Ination Collected by this Website
Cultiva Law collects personally identifiable ination about you only if you voluntarily provide it by requesting further ination.
How the Ination is Used
If you choose to provide Cultiva Law with personally identifiable ination, they will use such ination to respond to your inquiry. They may provide this ination to third parties if they believe in their discretion that it would be helpful in responding to you. For example, if you ask Cultiva Law to provide you with names of attorneys who can recommend them, they may provide your request and contact ination to such attorneys so that they may respond to your request directly. If in the future, Cultiva Law’s business changes for example, by merger or partnership they may transfer your personally identifiable ination to the reorganized business entity. They will also disclose your personally identifiable ination if they reasonably believe they are required to do so by law, regulation or other governmental authority.
